What are your payment terms
A payment of 30% + costs is required before work will commence except where specially noted in estimations. Often an additional payment of 30% will be required when reaching a mid point milestone. The remainder will be due 14 days after the completion of all works.
What are your business hours
Our normal business hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm Australian EST Monday to Friday.
We do understand that for some of our clients who spend the day working in their business or looking after children this is not practical and we can meet and talk after hours by appointment.
